Step 2: Upload your designs using our Gang Sheet Builder tool. Arrange logos, images, and text to fill the sheet. Pack them tight to get the most out of your space.
Step 3: Submit your order. We print your gang sheet with premium UV DTF technology.
Step 4: Peel and apply. No heat, no tools, no hassle. Just press onto any hard surface and you're done.

What is UV DTF and how does it work?
UV DTF (Direct to Film) is a printing technology that produces full-color, high-detail transfers on a special adhesive film. Unlike traditional heat transfers, UV DTF requires no heat press or special equipment to apply. You simply peel the transfer off the backing sheet, position it on any hard surface, and press it down firmly with your hand or a squeegee. The adhesive bonds instantly, giving you a vibrant, professional-quality graphic in seconds. The inks are UV-cured, which means they resist scratching, fading, and water once applied.
What surfaces can I apply UV DTF transfers to?
UV DTF transfers work on virtually any hard, smooth surface. This includes glass, metal, wood, ceramic, acrylic, plastic, leather, coated cardboard, and more. Popular applications include tumblers and drinkware, phone cases, laptops, helmets, signage, product packaging, awards and plaques, keychains, ceramic tiles, coasters, and furniture. If the surface is hard and relatively smooth, UV DTF will stick to it.
Do I need any special equipment to apply UV DTF transfers?
No. That is one of the biggest advantages of UV DTF. You do not need a heat press, a laminator, or any specialized tools. All you need are your hands. Peel the transfer from the sheet, place it on your surface, and press firmly to smooth it down. For best results on curved surfaces like tumblers, you can use a small squeegee or credit card to press out any air bubbles, but it is not required. UV DTF is designed to be accessible to everyone, whether you are a professional shop or a first-time crafter working from your kitchen table.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Most orders are printed and ready for pickup or shipped within 1-2 business days. If you are local and prefer to pick up your order in person, pickups are available Tuesday through Friday from 11am to 6pm and Saturday from 11am to 2pm. We are closed Sun - Mon.
How durable are UV DTF transfers? Will they peel off or fade?
UV DTF transfers are built to last. The UV-cured inks are resistant to scratching, fading, and water exposure under normal use. Once properly applied to a clean, smooth hard surface, the transfer bonds firmly and holds up through everyday handling. For maximum durability, we recommend cleaning the surface with rubbing alcohol before application to remove any dust, oils, or residue.
